Job summary

Vive Crop Protection Inc is seeking a Sales professional to ensure the success of their FC portfolio across North Dakota and South Dakota. This role requires an understanding of agricultural sales and the ability to build relationships with distributors and retailers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of field sales experience. Responsibilities include developing business plans, expanding market position, and ensuring sales objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field sales in agriculture.
• Experience launching new products into the agricultural marketplace.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Vive’s FC portfolio sales objectives in North Dakota and South Dakota.
• Expand market position and relationships with retail and grower accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies supporting customer needs.

Skills

Field sales experience in agriculture

Strong agronomic understanding of crop protection products

Communication and presentation skills

Experience with ag retailers and distributors

Ability to build relationships with customers

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher
