Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6+ months of experience in the agricultural area.
• CAPP Certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire date.
• Reliable personal transportation and travel within territory.
• RCIS Crop Adjuster Physical Requirements: walk in fields up to 3 miles, climb bins up to 25 feet, lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Exercise judgement to determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts.
• Determine policy verification and coverage by analyzing applicable coverage for claims.
• Participate in Risk Management Agency reviews and referrals for operations integrity.
• Protect Zurich’s reputation by keeping claims information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through education and networking.
