Siege Media is a growing remote-first GEO agency. We seek an SEO/GEO Team Lead who owns client relationships end-to-end, builds strategy, executes deliverables, and presents results to world-class clients.

You will lead roadmaps, optimize across ecommerce/Fintech/SaaS, audit sites, and coordinate content with a mind toward AI-assisted efficiency and measurable growth.

The role emphasizes independence, strong technical SEO, and clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in an SEO/GEO role.
• Experience with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, Peec AI or similar AI tools.
• Experience tracking AI search visibility and translating into client recommendations.
• Technical background with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Experience running a full SEO/GEO site audit with actionable outputs.
• Deep experience with Ecommerce, Fintech, and SaaS clients.
• Ability to analyze data and recommend across on-page, off-page, and technical factors.
• Comfort using LLMs to speed up workflows.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, content, technical, and off-page GEO strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and client-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Own clients end-to-end: build SEO/GEO strategy, execute deliverables, and lead client calls.
• Ideate SEO/GEO roadmaps for client sites based on KPIs, audits, and industry expertise.
• Suggest and implement SEO/GEO best practices across various industries.
• Audit and optimize product, service, and landing pages across SEO, GEO, and CRO.
• Read and interpret site code to identify technical SEO issues.
• Create checklists for deliverables showing opportunities and ownership for developers.
• Coordinate SEO/GEO content creation and write optimized briefs; create web copy.
• Run weekly analyses and compile client reports with insights and next steps.
• Create compelling presentations to drive recommendations.
• Brainstorm tests to improve AI-assisted search presence and UX.
• Stay updated on industry changes and communicate improvements to stakeholders.
• Do whatever it takes to grow clients' online presence.
