Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Growth (CRO & SEO) to own how we attract, engage, and convert high-intent buyers. You will drive organic growth, expand AI/LLM visibility, and optimize the buyer journey across channels.

You will lead a data-driven CRO program, align with Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps, and translate performance into pipeline impact. A remote, international role with strong compensation and benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years driving digital growth through organic and conversion channels.
• Deep experience in technical SEO and on-page optimization.
• Proven experience leading CRO programs with measurable conversion lift.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Cyera’s organic growth roadmap across traditional and AI-based search.
• Lead CRO experiments to improve demo/conversion funnel.
• Collaborate with PMM, Campaigns, Content, Design, Eng, RevOps for growth engine.
• Monitor SEO, AEO, CRO performance and report to leadership.
