Job summary

YES Communities is hiring a Systems Analyst to own and manage the organization’s CRM and core operational systems in Denver. You will serve as the primary administrator for workflow configuration, automation, and adoption while ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-team execution.

You will collaborate with property management and work order platforms, evaluate enhancements, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve revenue and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage internal operational systems, serving as primary liaison with vendors.
• Continuously evaluate system capabilities, updates, and enhancements.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve business operations.
• Partner with leadership to define system strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
• Support system users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Lead or support system change management, integrations, and enhancements.
• Monitor system adoption, data quality, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align tools with business needs.
• Communicate system updates, outages, and changes to stakeholders.
