  • Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator for Sales and Service Cloud, supporting configuration, optimization, governance, and user adoption.
  • Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, approval processes, automation, profiles, roles, permission sets, and user access.
  • Maintain platform health, data quality, security, and system performance; support releases, sandbox management, testing, and production deployments.
  • Serve as a functional point of contact for operational platforms, including Rental Man and other enterprise technologies, helping resolve user issues and coordinate escalations with vendors or technology partners.
  • Manage user access changes and develop practical training resources, including in-person training, job aids, process documentation, and video or Scribe-based guides.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, system utilization, and adoption through enhancements, training, and process redesign.
  • Support business-system integration for acquisitions, including asset acquisitions and full-company integrations, from discovery through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Coordinate onboarding and migration of key operational data, including asset and contract information, and help validate data completeness and accuracy.
  • Partner with project leads and stakeholders to define implementation timelines, data requirements, responsibilities, dependencies, and success criteria for new technologies and system changes.
  • Coordinate user onboarding and training, support go-live activities, track open issues, and drive follow-up through resolution.
  • Help identify and resolve post-implementation issues while capturing lessons learned and improving repeatable integration and implementation processes.
Requirements Gathering, Solution Design & Testing
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business objectives, and technology needs.
  • Gather, document, prioritize, and translate functional and technical requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and system specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, administrators, vendors, and business leaders to design practical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and long-term business strategy.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test plans, coordinating business participation, validating results, and supporting production readiness.
Reporting, Business Intelligence & KPI Development

  • Analyze business performance trends, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Help ensure leaders have timely, accurate, and reliable operational data to support decision-making.
  • Act as a business liaison with external IT and technology partners when issues require CRA input, prioritization, approval, or escalation.
  • Assist with troubleshooting business-impacting service tickets and coordinate resolution between employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Escalate security or access concerns through the appropriate internal channels and support consistent user-access practices.
  • Support employee technology onboarding as needed, including coordination of laptops, equipment, setup requirements, and delivery.
