TEKsystems is seeking a CRM Administrator / IT Analyst to own our CRM platform and business systems. You will manage Zoho CRM (with Salesforce familiarity), dashboards, reporting, and analytics, while supporting onboarding and user training.

The role focuses on process improvements, automation, and AI opportunities to boost operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has CRM admin experience, strong sales operations knowledge, and the ability to partner with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• >Experience administering CRM platforms, preferably Zoho CRM.
• ">Salesforce Administration experience is highly transferable.
• ">Strong understanding of sales operations, pipelines, and opportunity management.
• ">Experience creating and optimizing CRM workflows and automations.
• ">Advanced reporting and dashboard development experience.
• ">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ">Experience gathering requirements and implementing process improvements.
• ">Google Workspace administration experience.
• ">Project management with ability to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the company's CRM platform (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Configure workflows, automation, user permissions, security settings, and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Analyze sales, pipeline, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with sales leadership, operations, and executive stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Support CRM users through training, onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
• Manage Google Workspace administration, including user access and security management.
• Lead CRM improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency across the organization.
• Evaluate and support AI and automation opportunities within business processes.
• Serve as the primary internal resource for CRM and business systems.
