Job summary

YES Communities in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Resident Relations Coordinator (bilingual preferred) to serve as the primary contact for community correspondence and to help resolve issues by coordinating with community and regional management.

You will respond to residents by phone and email, escalate when needed, and partner with the home office to address concerns at the community level, sometimes performing analytics to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred for effective resident communication.
