Job summary

CACI International Inc. in Reston, VA is seeking a Business Systems Operations Analyst to support Salesforce, SCORE, and other BD systems. You will manage user requests, perform system administration, ensure data accuracy, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

Experience supporting business systems, applications, operations, data, or related functions.
Hands-on experience supporting CRM platforms Salesforce, Dynamics or similar and AI tools, including user administration, data maintenance, reporting, or troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and data quality.
Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for Salesforce, SCORE, and other BD systems.
Own intake, triage, tracking, and resolution of user requests and issues.
Perform system administration, data updates, and recurring operational activities.
Monitor data quality with audits and exception reporting.
Support system releases, testing, and validation activities.
Maintain system documentation and user guides.
Assist users with system functionality and reporting, and provide training as needed.
Coordinate with analysts, developers, and reporting teams to resolve issues.
