Job summary

YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a CRM Systems Specialist to own and manage the organization's CRM platform as the primary administrator, configuring workflows, automations, and integrations to support business objectives across teams.

This role also oversees core operating systems such as property management and work order platforms, partners with vendors, trains users, monitors data quality, and identifies opportunities to improve system performance and drive revenue and cost savings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in systems, operations, analytics, or similar roles.
• Experience with CRM or property management platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage internal operational systems and CRM.
• Liaise with vendors and manage system relationships.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Define system strategy, priorities, and roadmap with leadership.
• Train users and provide troubleshooting support.
• Monitor adoption, data quality, and performance metrics.
• Lead system integrations and change management.
