Job summary

Cleveland State University is seeking a CRM Systems Analyst to lead the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the CRM platform and related enterprise systems. You will design scalable technical solutions that support Enrollment Management operations through advanced system configuration, workflow automation, data integrations, and business process improvement.

You will work closely with Enrollment Management, IS&T, and campus stakeholders to translate requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business or related fields.
• Two years of experience supporting enterprise-level systems and CRM or similar systems.
• Experience with ERP systems, client/server and web-based Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, configuration, optimization, and support of the CRM platform and related systems.
• Design scalable technical solutions to support Enrollment Management operations.
• Develop system workflows, configure platform functionality, and create SQL queries.
• Manage data integrations and support enterprise reporting and governance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with cross‑functional teams.
