Job summary

You will develop reports, assist with system upgrades, and train users on effective data-driven enrollment practices. A bachelor’s degree is required, with master’s preferred for advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Require bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred for advanced analytics.
• Experience supporting enrollment services or admissions processes.
• Experience training users on technology systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the CRM, forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data exports for enrollment decisions.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Support data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in reports and records.
• Create training materials and provide user guidance.
