Job summary

University of Baltimore is seeking a CRM Coordinator for Enrollment Management to operate UBalt’s CRM platform, coordinating Salesforce, Target X and PeopleSoft to support recruitment and enrollment. The role will drive data integrity, reporting, and communications across events and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with at least three years in higher education admissions and experience with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in higher education admissions.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize UBalt’s CRM to support recruitment and enrollment.
• Coordinate data exchanges between systems (Salesforce, Target X, PeopleSoft).
• Create records and reports to track prospects through enrollment.
• Provide CRM training and maintain documentation for users.
