Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking a senior Salesforce architect to lead enterprise-level Salesforce projects across university advancement and nonprofit fundraising clients. You will drive end-to-end delivery from discovery through go-live, translating client needs into scalable solutions, and guiding configuration, data architecture, and integrations.

You will also mentor the team, support adoption and training, and contribute to practice growth through pilots, thought leadership, and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise Salesforce projects with both waterfall and agile life cycles.
• Deep Salesforce platform expertise including core configuration, data models, security, automation, reporting, integrations, deployment.
• Experience delivering across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud.
• Strong requirements gathering and storying to drive delivery scope.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with multiple business systems and tools.
• Salesforce development: Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead as primary functional and solution architect for Salesforce engagements.
• Translate client needs into scalable Salesforce solutions with defined scope.
• Oversee configuration, integrations, data architecture, and sprint planning.
• Serve as trusted advisor, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure quality.
• Support adoption, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
