College Success Foundation is seeking a Salesforce Architect to design, evolve, and govern the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem. You will translate KPIs into data structures, reports, and scalable processes while aligning with strategic priorities and program delivery.

The role includes guiding external consultants, managing integrations, and shaping data governance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Salesforce architecture, experience with NPSP/PMM/OFM, and a strong Agile mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business; master's preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of professional Salesforce design, architecture and development experience.
Experience with core Salesforce features including NPSP, PMM, and OFM.
Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations and integrations.

Responsabilités

Design and implement complex automations using Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and formula fields.
Architect and configure solutions using core Salesforce features and installed packages (NPSP, PMM, OFM).
Translate user stories and business requirements into Salesforce solutions with documentation and Agile practices.
Lead external consultants and contractors, ensuring alignment with architecture and standards.
Oversee integrations with third-party tools and AI-enabled solutions; establish data governance and security.
