Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with CRM tools and processes.
• Customer service experience required.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Review all customer orders and revisions for accuracy prior to processing.
• Prepare and distribute proforma invoices for CIA customers.
• Review daily backorder reports and coordinate ETAs with plant; communicate updates to Sales and customers.
• Enter delivery schedules into AX four weeks prior; three weeks for frequent changes.
• Maintain delivery contact/location in AX and SharePoint.
• Distribute DS and DQ to plant; coordinate with Sales, customers, and manufacturing.
• Clear all order holds before delivery schedules; close completed orders in tracking systems.
• Reconcile delivery discrepancies and invoicing issues timely.
• Provide Bills of Lading (BOLs) to customers as requested.
