Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to ensure order accuracy and seamless coordination between Sales, customers, and manufacturing. You will review orders, coordinate with the plant, and manage delivery schedules to support on-time order execution.

The role requires a BA/BS and 1–2 years of CRM and customer service experience, with responsibilities including CIA invoicing, backorder monitoring, and accurate AX data maintenance. Salary range: $54,000-$77,000 per year.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years' experience with CRM tools and processes.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders for accuracy prior to processing.
• Prepare and distribute proforma invoices for CIA customers.
• Review daily backorder reports and coordinate with the plant to determine ETAs; communicate updates to Sales and customers.
• Enter delivery schedules into AX four weeks prior to the first delivery date; three weeks prior for frequent schedule changes.
• Maintain accurate delivery contact and location information within AX.
• Distribute Delivery Schedules and Delivery Questionnaires to the plant and coordinate resolution of concerns with Sales, customers, and manufacturing.
• Ensure all order holds are cleared prior to entering delivery schedules.
• Close completed orders in tracking systems and verify all line items are fully invoiced in AX.
• Maintain accurate information in SharePoint for all order updates, revisions, and issues.
• Reconcile delivery discrepancies and invoicing issues in a timely manner.
• Provide Bills of Lading to customers as requested.
