Job summary

M&S Consulting seeks a product management leader to transform CRM capabilities for a large Pharma client in the US. You will own strategy, prioritize backlog, and drive agile delivery across Sales, Marketing, and Service domains, leveraging data and AI to maximize impact.

You will partner with architecture, analytics, privacy/legal, and commercial teams to ensure governance and compliance while delivering scalable CRM solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
• Proven success driving product management for large-scale CRM implementations.
• 5-7+ years in product management, technology strategy, or leadership in pharma/healthcare/CRM.
• Deep understanding of CRM landscape (Sales, Marketing, Service) incl. Salesforce, Veeva, Health Cloud.
• Understanding of CRM, AI, and Data platforms (Salesforce, Data Cloud, Snowflake, OpenAI).
• Experience owning product management operations including backlog health and agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and field needs into clear requirements.
• Manage a prioritized backlog and drive agile delivery.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM capabilities across US CRM ecosystem.
• Collaborate with CRM product managers, architecture, analytics, privacy/legal, and commercial/stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance in solutions.
