GSK is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management – Customer Planning & AI Enablement to own the technology strategy and lifecycle for Enterprise Account Management and AI capabilities in the US field organization. You will partner with global teams, drive data governance, and lead data-driven planning across CRM, analytics, and Field Intelligence platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technology strategy, roadmap, architecture, delivery, and lifecycle for Enterprise Account Management capabilities.
• Define multi-year roadmaps aligned with Commercial priorities and technology direction.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer planning and field effectiveness through data, AI-enabled workflows, and automation.
• Assess AI capabilities for US applicability, readiness, value, risk, and integration needs.
• Lead enablement, deployment, adoption, and lifecycle management of AI capabilities for US field users.
• Partner with global product teams to translate enterprise products into US implementation plans.
• Define US integration, deployment, and support requirements for enabled AI capabilities.
• Establish interfaces for AI outputs to feed the Field Intelligence platform.
• Educate stakeholders on AI capabilities, risks, and governance in practical terms.
• Drive data-quality improvements and standardized data patterns across systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful product releases and operational support.
