Novartis seeks an Associate Director, CRM Product Owner to lead strategy, development, and delivery of priority CRM capabilities within the US CRM ecosystem. Reporting to CRM Product Management leadership, you will translate field needs into clear requirements and manage a prioritized backlog.

You will partner with business and IT, ensure governance and compliance, mentor delivery resources, and drive user adoption through documentation and enablement in a hybrid East Hanover setting.

Formación

• 5–7+ years in product management or leadership roles.
• Experience transforming CRM capabilities in pharma/CRM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Veeva, and data platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted product management.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery for CRM capabilities.
• Gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Maintain backlog, plan releases, ensure quality.
• Coordinate with architecture, analytics, privacy.
• Drive governance, compliance, and risk assessments.
• Mentor delivery resources.
• Support change enablement and adoption.
