Qualifications

• Experience managing backlog health, agile ceremonies, and strategic innovation.
• Excellent communication for stakeholder buy-in.
• Experience with AI-assisted product management and LLM-driven storytelling.
• Ability to align cross-functional global teams around CRM strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem solving, data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree; MSc/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM capability delivery with governance and compliance.
• Manage backlog health and prioritization; drive agile ceremonies.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across global teams for CRM strategy.
• Develop release notes and stakeholder communications; provide training materials.
