Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MS and/or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in product management, tech strategy, or leadership, preferably in pharma/CRM.
• Deep CRM, AI, and data platform expertise (Salesforce, Veeva, and data lake tech).
• Experience leading product teams, backlog health, agile ceremonies, and strategic innovation.
