Job summary

Equipment One Company in Irving, TX is seeking a CRM Platform Manager to own and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, Rental, Service, Parts, and Account Management.

You will govern the platform strategy, lead governance standards, manage integrations with ERP and analytics tools, drive user adoption, and deliver dashboards and data governance to enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related business applications.
• Experience owning CRM strategy, governance, platform roadmaps, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, integrations, security frameworks, workflows, automation, and platform scalability.
• Experience integrating CRM with ERP, marketing automation, customer service, reporting, and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads the strategic direction, governance, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across all supported functions.
• Serves as the primary business and technical owner of the CRM ecosystem, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and operational priorities.
• Develops and maintains the CRM enhancement roadmap based on business value, adoption, efficiency, and ROI.
• Establishes and enforces CRM governance standards, data management policies, security protocols, and best practices.
• Manages CRM users, security roles, environments, settings, and platform administration.
