Job summary

Clean Energy is seeking a Microsoft CRM Lead Business Analyst to drive enterprise CRM initiatives using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. You will partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.

The role focuses on translating strategy into automated CRM solutions, ensuring adoption, governance, and continuous improvement, with reporting to the Business Applications Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–8+ years leading CRM or enterprise applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise CRM initiatives across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
