Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of CRM strategy, marketing automation, and personalization experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Personalization preferred.
• Proven track record of driving engagement and retention through data-driven CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Lead personalized customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
• Utilize data analytics and segmentation to tailor communications and offers.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, digital, delivery, and IT teams to drive CRM initiatives.
• Define KPIs and measure effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop and optimize marketing automation workflows to deliver timely messages.
• Stay informed on CRM, personalization, marketing automation, and AI trends.
• Manage a team including Marketing Cloud developers and data analysts, providing mentorship.
