Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation Specialist in the CRM space.
• Strong skills in Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot.
• Attention to detail including QA of CRM Campaigns, Integrations & relevant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform for clients across channels.
• Configure and customize the Braze platform to implement agreed-upon strategies and campaigns.
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Braze’s messaging capabilities.
• Utilize Braze's segmentation and personalization features to tailor campaigns to audience segments.
• Collaborate with the strategy team and stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Partner with clients to understand needs and develop tailored solutions that drive results.
