Job summary

Exactius LLC is seeking a production CRM specialist to own lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push and in-app, building journeys in Braze and Klaviyo for fast-growing international brands, fully remote.

You will write personalization logic using Liquid, AMPScript and SQL, set up tests, monitor performance and deliver templated emails that render across devices. 4+ years of hands-on CRM campaign experience required; German language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and deploying CRM campaigns hands-on.
• Advanced Braze and Klaviyo experience; Salesforce/Iterable/Customer.io a plus.
• Working knowledge of email HTML/CSS, Liquid, SQL and event-based tracking.
• Comfort with BI tools (Tableau, Count) and structured test builds.
• Fluent English; German is a strong preference.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimize multi-channel journeys and automations in Braze and Klaviyo across email, SMS, push and in-app.
• Construct behavioral triggers, lifecycle journeys and retention funnels from the data up.
• Write personalization logic: Liquid, AMPScript, SQL, data extensions and segmentation rules.
• Set up and monitor A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, timing and audience.
• Keep event logging and tracking accurate and chase down irregularities.
• Report on campaign performance with recommendations.
• Produce and QA templates, including email HTML/CSS for rendering everywhere.
