Job summary

Zip Co Limited is seeking a CRM Technical Ops Specialist to execute and optimize personalized customer communications across email, push, SMS, and lifecycle channels. You will work within the CRM Operations team to balance technical execution with analytical insight and pilot AI-enabled marketing initiatives.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and CRM teams to refine targeting, segmentation, and operational workflows, while continually improving engagement and lifecycle performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and lifecycle channels.
• Execute campaign operations from segmentation to deployment and reporting.
• Support data-driven audience targeting using customer insights and lifecycle trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and CRM stakeholders on execution plans.
• Monitor performance with A/B tests, personalization, and device optimization.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to improve segmentation, targeting, and workflow efficiency.
• Analyze results and provide recommendations for continuous CRM improvements.
• Support journey management, business rules, and workflow documentation.
• Manage data integrations and dependencies for accurate targeting and delivery.
• Stay updated on CRM/Martech/AI best practices to evolve capabilities.
