Job summary

United Hr Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator for a client in the wellness sector. The role focuses on lead management, CRM updates, onboarding, and payment tracking to ensure a smooth program journey.

You will coordinate with Finance and the Sales team, handle refunds and transfers, and maintain accurate operational records while delivering timely support in a fast-paced environment. Strong CRM and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success, CRM Administration, Backend Operations, or Client Coordination.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead creation, allocation, verification and CRM updates.
• Coordinate client onboarding and PDMR completion for seamless program journey.
• Handle CRM and IT support by raising and tracking system-related tickets.
• Process refunds, program transfers and maintain accurate operational records.
• Track installment payments, invoices and coordinate with Finance for timely resolution.
• Manage employee referral tracking and monthly payout coordination.
• Maintain operational trackers, support Sales team and identify process improvements.
