HireCare Services is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to support client onboarding, training of recruiters, and ongoing reporting. The role sits at the intersection of client implementations, operations, and data, ensuring accounts are launched and run smoothly.

You will collaborate with recruiters daily to ensure client accounts are set up efficiently, maintain SOPs, and drive standardized reporting across accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or recruiting coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and productivity metrics.
• Strong communication and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new clients and accounts.
• Gather client requirements (positions, locations, pay rates, shifts, qualifications, hiring processes).
• Ensure account information is entered into internal systems.
• Identify missing information before a live account.
• Create and maintain client account playbooks.
• Support operational handoff to recruiting team.
• Develop account-specific training materials.
• Analyze recruiter productivity data by client account.
• Prepare internal and client-facing reporting.
• Maintain SOPs, workflows, and documentation.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives.
