Job summary

We Insure Group in Austin, TX seeks a Coordinator, Markets & Franchise Success to provide administrative and logistical support to the Markets team, ensuring a smooth experience for franchise partners. Reporting to the VP, Markets and Franchise Success, you will handle onboarding communications, scheduling, event materials, and coordination of the annual kickoff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer service role.
• Experience in insurance, franchise, or franchise support environments.
• Experience coordinating events, meetings, or logistics.
• Experience using CRM, project management, or scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchise onboarding, ensuring steps are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and mail franchise onboarding packets, including training schedules, welcome information, and new franchise gifts.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new franchise partners during onboarding, answering questions and directing them to resources.
• Own scheduling of franchise calls for the team, coordinating availability and communicating call details to all participants.
• Maintain organized records, contact lists, and shared resources related to franchise partners.
• Assist with event logistics for franchise and carrier events, including budgets and timelines.
