ReportsVault is seeking a Texas-based Customer Success Manager to manage enterprise client relationships, lead onboarding and product training, and drive adoption of the platform. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand workflows and resolve issues while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Customer Success, Client Success, or related client-facing role.
• Experience with IT/software or SaaS platforms is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to explain software and workflows to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients.
• Manage onboarding, training, and platform adoption.
• Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs.
• Track issues and provide timely updates, maintain docs and guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and customer experience.
