Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a CRM MarTech & Email Ops Manager to own email end-to-end, lead MarTech platform strategy, and drive data‑driven performance. You’ll architect scalable systems, manage CDP configurations, and push AI-enabled productivity across campaigns.

You’ll implement robust delivery, tracking, and governance, working with Stakeholders across CRM, Product, Marketing, and Strategy to deliver measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in email ops or MarTech in high-volume environment.
• Expert-level CRM / Email Platform & CDP
• Strong coding skills: Liquid, HTML, CSS
• Strong SQL and audience definitions
• AI tools to accelerate production and problem solving
• Experience with performance tracking and data-driven optimization
• Excellent documentation and process design
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Fluent English
• Privacy compliance knowledge (GDPR/CAN-SPAM/CASL/PECR)

Responsibilities

• Own daily email operations across lifecycle programs with SLAs
• Design and maintain email template architecture for speed and scalability
• Write and maintain code for personalization (Liquid/HTML/CSS/AMPscript)
• Manage send frequency governance and audience suppression
• Oversee deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox placement
• Support GTM launches translating briefs into campaigns
• Lead MarTech roadmap for CDP, engagement platform, analytics
• Configure CDP connections ensuring data quality
• Define tracking plans and event taxonomies
• Write API requirements for MarTech integrations
• Build audience definitions in CDP for acquisition/retention
• Evaluate new MarTech capabilities and investments
• Develop reporting frameworks showing MarTech value
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, Marketing, Strategy, Research
• Maintain docs: PRDs, specs, tracking plans, data flows, runbooks
• Enforce campaign operations standards and calendars
