Scale Army Careers is seeking an Email & Retention Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize the brand’s email and SMS retention programs, with a primary focus on Klaviyo. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to improve lifecycle flows, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and grow repeat purchases and CLV.

The role demands hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, strong visual judgment, and an AI-enabled approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing for ecommerce.
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo for lifecycle flows and campaigns.
• Experience optimizing retention, subscriptions, and customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end email execution in Klaviyo, including setup, copy, design, testing, QA and deployment.
• Audit and optimize welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back flows and other retention automations.
• Develop segmentation and testing to improve engagement and conversion.
• Support product launches, promotions, subscriptions, and loyalty initiatives.
• Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager to translate marketing priorities into retention actions.
