Job summary

Zoom is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to oversee a high-volume book of growth and commercial customers, guiding onboarding from kickoff to launch. You will run configuration workshops, map CRM structures, and connect technical setup to customers' GTM workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, onboarding or similar technical role.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM infrastructure including Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with B2B GTM ecosystem and implementation platforms supporting sales and marketing tools.
• Experience working with sales, marketing or RevOps teams and data dependencies.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management across multiple engagements.
• Baseline technical curiosity and use of AI tools to improve deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead 15+ concurrent implementations for growth and commercial customers from kickoff through launch.
• Conduct architecture discovery to map CRM structures, data sources, and GTM tooling.
• Configure core integrations including CRM connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data warehousing (Snowflake, S3).
• Drive milestones across kickoff, workshops, and enablement trainings on platform mechanics and value.
• Guide integration across GTM ecosystem including sales engagement, marketing automation, enrichment, and data warehouses.
• Track progress, manage delivery risk, and escalate dependencies to CS Engineering when needed.
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth, well-documented handoffs at close.
• Identify recurring patterns and contribute to shared playbooks and delivery systems.
