Job summary

Zoom is seeking an Implementation professional to drive onboarding for growth and commercial customers, leading workshops, architecture discovery, and CRM integrations from kickoff to launch. You’ll align configuration with each customer’s sales and marketing workflows and surface insights to improve playbooks across the team.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot, and a track record in SaaS implementation—supporting GTM, RevOps, and marketing automation teammates.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in SaaS implementation, customer success, onboarding, or equivalent
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM infrastructure including Salesforce and/or HubSpot
• Familiarity with B2B GTM ecosystem and data warehouses in a modern revenue stack
• Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, or RevOps teams and understanding personas
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and navigate ambiguity
• Baseline technical curiosity and use of AI tools to improve deliverables

Responsibilities

• Lead 15+ concurrent implementations for growth customers from kickoff to launch
• Conduct architecture discovery sessions mapping CRM structures and data sources
• Configure integrations including CRM connectors and data warehouses
• Drive milestones across kickoff, workshops, and enablement training
• Guide integrations across GTM ecosystem including sales engagement and marketing automation
• Track progress, manage delivery risk, escalate dependencies when needed
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth handoffs at close of implementations
