Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator to support the InterAction CRM and Vuture email marketing platform. The role strengthens client development, enhances communications, and advances the firm’s digital presence.

The candidate will maintain data quality, run complex searches, manage lists, and help produce reports and campaigns while ensuring privacy compliance and alignment with branding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM and Email Marketing platforms. Three years of LexisNexis InterAction experience and one year of eMarketing experience, Vuture preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications – advanced proficiency with Excel preferred.
• Strong attention to detail & highly organized.
• Ability to work independently, meet multiple tight deadlines and deliver detailed and accurate work product.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate daily contact updates in the Data Change Management Inbox.
• Create and manage Marketing and Working List folders.
• Build complex searches to generate targeted contact lists.
• Manage list imports and exports.
• Develop and format Business Development reports upon request.
• Extract, analyze, and report on data from CRM and email marketing systems to generate insights on events, client engagement, and business trends.
• Manage unsubscribe requests in compliance with the Firm’s privacy policy.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with global data privacy regulations, staying current on requirements and best practices.
• Ensure the integrity of critical contact lists to improve the efficiency of event and mailing communications.
• Assist the Marketing Technology Specialist with data hygiene, subsidiary company trees, and data checks; update incomplete records; standardize country fields; merge address data.
• Support day-to-day administration of the Vuture platform, including basic user account setup and troubleshooting; escalate.
