Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Marketing Database Manager to act as the firm’s CRM subject‑matter expert for InterAction and Vuture. You will oversee the day‑to‑day data processes, reporting, and integrations with marketing tools while collaborating with Marketing, IT and outside vendors.

The role requires strong data stewardship, project management, and the ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant InterAction/Vuture experience.
• Advanced knowledge of InterAction and Vuture CRM systems.
• Strong data management and data stewardship.
• At least 2 years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience in legal or professional services preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage InterAction Windows configuration and settings.
• Segment database effectively for targeted marketing.
• Troubleshoot data-related errors across HR and billing systems.
• Use Data Minder to offboard user accounts and sync cycles.
• Maintain data accuracy and perform cleanup.
• Coordinate CRM activities with internal teams.
• Manage external AI tool usage to improve data quality.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on upgrades.
• Lead US email marketing efforts; align with global team.
• Create and maintain email templates and campaigns.
• Prepare monthly reports on open rates and KPIs.
• Prepare InterAction activity reports for stakeholders.
