Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Marketing Database Manager to serve as the firm's InterAction CRM SME and primary power user, overseeing configuration, data processes, reporting and enhancements. You will collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, IT, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and effective CRM usage.

Responsibilities include managing InterAction and Vuture campaigns, data quality, monthly KPI reporting, and developing instruction documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 6+ years of CRM data experience
• Advanced knowledge of InterAction or similar CRM and Vuture
• Strong data management and stewardship
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience preferred
• Experience in legal or professional services is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools

Responsibilities

• CRM, AI, Data Management, Data Quality
• Manage InterAction Windows configuration settings and options
• Ensure database segmentation for targeted marketing activities
• Troubleshoot data-related errors across HR, billing, and CRM systems
• Coordinate CRM activities with internal teams and external vendors
• Manage email marketing using Vuture and master templates
• Prepare monthly KPI and activity reports
• Collaborate on bespoke reporting needs with CRM managers
• Develop documentation and standard operating procedures
