Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Marketing Database Manager to serve as the functional expert for InterAction CRM with emphasis on Windows Client. You will manage data processes, reporting, and enhancements across CRM and email marketing tools, interfacing with Marketing, IT and external vendors to ensure data quality and effective usage.

The role requires strong CRM experience, data stewardship, and leadership capabilities, with responsibilities spanning configuration, upgrades, and bespoke

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience with InterAction or similar CRM database.
• Advanced knowledge of InterAction or similar CRM database and Vuture.
• Strong data management and stewardship skills.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm's functional subject‑matter expert and power user for InterAction and related tools.
• Manage configuration, data processes, reporting, and enhancements for InterAction and email marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and external vendors to support CRM usage and upgrades.
• Coordinate CRM activities, workflows, and reporting with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain master email campaigns, templates, and user accounts in Vuture and InterAction.
• Create and analyze monthly reports on KPIs and data quality.
