Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Marketing Database Manager to lead InterAction CRM administration, data processes, and reporting. You will collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, IT and external vendors to ensure data quality, CRM adoption, and efficient email marketing workflows across the firm.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with a focus on data accuracy and strategic CRM enhancements within a large professional services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years in InterAction or similar CRM database.
• Advanced knowledge of InterAction and Vuture and data stewardship.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage InterAction Windows configuration, reporting, data quality and processes.
• Lead CRM data governance and data mapping with HR, billing and IT teams.
• Coordinate CRM activities and workflows with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage use of external AI tools to improve data quality and support CRM adoption.
