Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in New York is seeking a CRM and Email Marketing Specialist to support Salesforce, Vuture, and related marketing automation. The role involves configuring Salesforce, building flows, and creating dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline and client relationships.

You will translate business needs into scalable platform solutions, manage data quality, and collaborate with marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant (law/ professional services preferred).
• Salesforce Administrator certificate required.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Vuture, Marketing Cloud, Pardot or HubSpot) and building campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce core objects, fields, and permissions.
• Create screen flows and process automations to streamline data entry.
• Develop reports and dashboards for pipeline, activity, and client relationships.
• Ensure data integrity with regular audits and data hygiene standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide onboarding support and training materials.
