Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Business Development Specialist I in Chicago to own customer and account data accuracy within the CRM system and provide technical support to the sales and account management teams.

You will coordinate with pricing and legal teams on nonstandard requests, support data validation, and contribute to process improvements while traveling as needed and attending in-person trainings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving/conflict resolution, time management, and independent decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Flexibility to handle multiple daily deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own customer and account data accuracy in the CRM system and support the sales and account management team.
• Provide data and technical support to Business Development Managers and Account Managers.
• Coordinate with pricing and legal teams on nonstandard requests.
• Support process improvements and data cleanup initiatives.
• Travel as needed and attend in-person trainings and meetings.
