Job summary

Constellation seeks a Business Development Specialist I to ensure customer and account data accuracy in the CRM system and to support the sales and account management teams with data and technical assistance.

You will coordinate with cross-functional groups for pre-deal issues, help manage opportunities and pricing scenarios, and contribute to data cleanup and process improvements to drive efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or required.
• Experience with CRM systems and data management.
• Experience in sales support or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own data accuracy and integrity in the CRM system across customers and accounts.
• Provide data and technical support to Business Development Managers and Account Managers.
• Coordinate with pricing, legal, and cross-functional teams on requests and proposals.
• Support data cleanup and process improvements, and assist during onboarding and training.
