Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Business Development Specialist to maintain accurate CRM data and support the sales cycle. You will coordinate with pricing and legal teams on non-standard requests and assist with data validation, offering, and account management tasks.

The role requires strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills and the ability to travel for in-person meetings and trainings at offices in the Chicago area and beyond.

Qualifications

• Responsible for accuracy and integrity of customer and account data in CRM.
• Provide data support to sales and account teams during the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with pricing and legal on non-standard requests.
• Assist with data validation and process improvements.
• Travel as necessary for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own data accuracy and account hierarchy in CRM and ensure data quality across changes.
• Liaise between Sales and other functions to support pre-deal activities and contract execution.
• Provide data and technical support to BDMs and AMs with knowledge of regional utilities requirements.
• Coordinate with pricing and legal teams on non-standard requests as needed.
• Support process improvements and system testing.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
