Job summary

TurfCasa is seeking a detail-oriented records coordinator to keep customer and prospect data reliable. This remote role supports the Lakeway, Texas office and coordinates with on-site teams when needed.

You will review duplicates, validate fields, run import checks, and maintain a correction log to help sales and customer-service teams resolve data-entry issues. Full-time with part-time options; paid training provided.

Job description

Keep TurfCasa customer and prospect records reliable so the team can find the right information quickly.

This remote role supports TurfCasa's Lakeway, Texas office and coordinates with on-site fulfillment teams when relevant. Work must be performed from an employer-approved U.S. location; eligibility for your work location must be confirmed during hiring. This is not physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work.

Full-time, with part-time considered based on staffing needs. Weekly hours and required coverage with the Lakeway team will be confirmed during hiring. Paid training is provided.

Base pay: $20.50-$24.75 per hour. Starting pay within this range will depend on relevant skills and experience.
