Job summary

Constellation, a leading energy company, seeks a Business Development Specialist I or II in the Baltimore area. You will own customer data in the CRM, support sales teams with data validation and pricing, and coordinate with pricing and legal teams on non-standard requests. The role requires travel and in-person trainings.

Two levels (I and II) offer different salary bands; the company provides a comprehensive benefits package and bonus eligibility, with offices accessible for in-person meetings.

Qualifications

Strong written and oral communication, able to function in a team environment.
Analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and independent decision-making.
Flexible to meet daily deadlines and maintain confidentiality of all information.

Responsibilities

Data entry and maintenance of customer and account data in CRM.
Provide data and pricing support to Sales and Account teams; assist with pricing scenarios.
Coordinate with pricing and legal teams on non-standard requests; support contract execution.
Assist with process improvements, training, and system testing.
Travel as necessary to meet business needs.
Attend trainings and team meetings in person.
