Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in CRM, customer management, client development, data analytics
• Experience with CRM platforms and BI reporting tools preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring CRM reports with timely, actionable insights
• Monitor CRM KPIs and client performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Execute CRM campaigns across product launches, events, and key client moments
• Build targeted client lists to support clienteling and business priorities
• Maintain CRM data quality through client profile management and issue resolution
• Support store training and adoption of CRM tools and clienteling best practices
• Partner with store and cross-functional teams to drive CRM execution and achieve KPIs
• Manage the ordering, tracking, and deployment of seasonal gifting programs
