Responsibilities

• Support and implement the Americas CRM strategy and annual roadmap, aligning regional execution with global priorities.
• Develop data-driven client strategies for acquisition, retention, reactivation, repeat purchase, and client upgrade.
• Oversee CRM reporting and analytics, monitor KPIs, and translate performance into business recommendations for leadership.
• Manage and mentor the CRM Associate Manager, ensuring accuracy and quality of recurring and ad-hoc reporting.
• Support campaign targeting, deployment, tracking, and measurement across product launches, events, and seasonal initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Retail, Client Development, VIC, Events, and HQ teams to drive CRM adoption, training, and regional rollouts.
