Position
The CRM Associate Manager will support CRM reporting, campaign execution, and client development initiatives across the Americas region.
Working closely with CRM, VIC, Retail, and HQ teams, this role will leverage client data and performance insights to support business objectives, inform client engagement strategies, and drive the achievement of key CRM priorities.
Through reporting, analysis, and operational execution, the CRM Associate Manager will help identify opportunities to strengthen client recruitment, retention, and long-term engagement.
Job Responsibilities
CRM Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain recurring CRM reports, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Monitor CRM KPIs and client performance to identify trends, performance drivers, and areas of opportunity across the region.
- Conduct client analysis across stores, product launches, events, and key seasonal or ad-hoc initiatives.
- Generate client insights and recommendations to support regional business priorities.
CRM Campaigns & Client Insights
- Execute CRM campaigns across product launches, events, seasonal gifting, and other key client moments.
- Build and maintain targeted client lists to support clienteling activities and business priorities.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize future results.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination for assigned CRM projects and initiatives.
CRM Operations & Retail Support
- Serve as a key user of CRM and business intelligence tools, providing support, guidance, and troubleshooting to retail teams.
- Maintain CRM data quality through client profile management, including merges, reassignments, and issue resolution.
- Support store training and adoption of CRM tools and clienteling best practices.
- Partner with store and cross-functional teams to drive CRM execution and the achievement of key CRM KPIs.
- Manage the ordering, tracking, and deployment of seasonal gifting programs throughout the year.
Profile
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Education And Experience Required
- 3-5 years of work experience in CRM, customer management, client development, data analytics,
clienteling, or a related field, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or retail industry
- Experience working with CRM platforms and Business Intelligence reporting tools preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
